Shipping policy

Shipping time is separate from time spent on producing your item.

We ship using the cheapest option for all of our orders.

If your package is returned because the address is incorrect, not found, or because the package was unclaimed, we will not resend the package without additional payment for the cost of resending. Naturally, if it's our mistake there is no extra charge.

Please make sure your address is correct, current, and someone is available to claim the package.

To minimize the risk of damage or loss, or simply because you prefer it,  we will happily ship your packages using a preferred service such as UPS, FedEx or similar. To do so, please contact us when placing your order straightaway so that we can account for this.

(Note:The recipient will be responsible for all import duties, taxes, and extra costs associated with packages being delivered in countries other than the United States of America.)

Blue Butterfly Creations reserves the right to cancel and refund customers' money because of a pricing error or for any reason.
